While the pinhole camera may look like any other camera to you, there are plenty of ways to differentiate them from others. The pinhole camera requires a much longer exposure because it has a smaller aperture than a regular camera. The exposure time can last from 5 seconds to hours of the day. This exposure time gives the photo more of a scary feel. The photos produced are usually black and white. This type of camera was created by Ibn Al-Haytham and made in the fifth century BC. The camera does not have a lens, and the photos are produced upside down or inverted.
